Tracking Cloud® is a SaaS product with pricing consisting of two main components:

  1. The initial setup costs which cover the deployment project of a solution (service setup & configuration, integrations, hardware setup, onboarding, etc.).

  2. Monthly usage fee which is determined by the selected product plan, features, and business volume.

All Tracking Cloud® solution packages come in three different plan options that cover the essential baseline features. Support service level and business volume capabilities vary depending on the selected plan.

You can update your plan whenever you want. For example, you can run a small scale Proof of Concept project with Tracking Cloud® Lite, and upgrade it to Tracking Cloud® Professional as you expand its usage.
